💸 Payment via PIX: what could be happening?
After scanning the QR Code or copying the code, the payment must be made within the validity period;
If something goes wrong or the payment does not appear, do not repeat the operation immediately — there may be a small processing delay.

Make sure your profile is fully completed, including email and CPF;
