If you have decided to close your account on Privacy, we understand — and we are here to help you through the process! 🧡
Check below how account deletion works, both for subscribers and for content creators.
👤 To delete a subscriber account:
Access the platform's main menu.
Go to Settings > Security.
Click on Delete account.
You will receive a confirmation email. Just click on the link sent and that's it! Your account will be deleted.
🚨 Attention:
If deletion is denied, it may be because you still have an active subscription with a creator.

In these cases, just contact our support (via the help bubble or email) to:
Give up the subscribed content;
And complete the deletion with the help of our team.
❗ Important:
By giving up the content, there will be no refund or reversal regarding purchases or active subscriptions.
🌟 To delete a content creator account:
Go to Settings > Security and Privacy.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Start deletion.
Confirm the request through the email that will be sent.
⚠️ Important:
Deletion will only be possible after all active subscriptions and purchased content expire, which have a validity of 60 days.
💡 If you wish to leave before that:
You can request our support team to deactivate the account, preventing new purchases and removing the profile from the ranking.
Even with the account deactivated, subscribers with active subscriptions will still have access to already purchased content until the end of the validity period (60 days).
