What to do if my payment is pending on Privacy?
Usually, the content is released immediately, regardless of the payment method. But in some cases, processing may take a few minutes ⏳ Below, we explain what may happen and what to do if this occurs.
How does payment processing work?
💳 Credit card: processing may take up to 5 minutes.
- As soon as the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the registered address;
- The content is automatically released after the payment is approved;
- If the payment is still pending, wait a few minutes — it may be just a small processing queue.
What if the content is not released?
If the content is not released or you do not receive the confirmation email, there may have been some system instability. But don’t worry, it’s easy to fix 💪

- Provide the email registered on your account;
- If possible, mention the date and time of the purchase attempt;
- Our team will check the payment and release the content as quickly as possible.
Tip: Also check your inbox and the folders of spam or junk mail — the confirmation email may be there.
