The Privacy Week Warm-up is a special promotion from the Privacy Wallet, created to heat up Privacy Week. During the campaign period, every top-up made to your Wallet receives a 10% bonus, with a maximum limit of R$100 in bonuses per subscriber.

What is the promotion period?

The promotion starts on October 27 and runs until November 30, 2025.

How does the bonus work?

• You earn a 10% bonus on each top-up made to your Privacy Wallet.
• The bonus is limited to R$100 per subscriber, considering the total accumulated during the entire promotion.
• The minimum amount to participate is R$10 per top-up.

Who can participate?

The promotion is valid only for subscribers located in Brazil. Users from other countries are not eligible for the bonus.

How do I participate?

1. Log in to the Privacy Wallet.
2. Click on “Top Up”.
3. Complete the top-up — the bonus will be credited automatically.

No promotional code is required.

When does the bonus appear in my account?

The bonus is credited automatically after payment confirmation of the top-up.

Where can I see my bonus?

You can see the total bonus amount directly in the Privacy Wallet balance. The statement will show the top-up and the additional amount received from the promotion.

Can I withdraw or refund the topped-up amount?

Can I make multiple top-ups and accumulate bonuses?

Yes! You can make as many top-ups as you want during the promotion period. Each will earn a 10% bonus until reaching the limit of R$100 per subscriber. After that, further top-ups will no longer be rewarded.

Does the bonus expire?

There is no specific expiration date for the bonus within the wallet, but the campaign ends on 11/30 or until bonuses run out. After the promotion ends, new top-ups do not generate bonuses.

What if my top-up did not receive the bonus?

Check if:

• The top-up was made during the promotion period;
• The topped-up amount was equal to or greater than R$10;
• You have not yet reached the R$100 bonus limit;
• Your account is Brazilian.

If everything is correct and the bonus still does not appear, contact Privacy support via the website.

• The campaign may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
• The bonus is personal and non-transferable.
• Attempts at misuse or fraud may result in account suspension and bonus cancellation.
